This will be the eighth year for this unique and exceptionally popular conducting program.  Why is it so popular?  One reason: the location,  China.  The real attraction for anyone seriously involved in a conducting career is the opportunity for extensive rehearsal time and two performances with one of the major orchestras of China—The Hunan Symphony  Orchestra.  This experience will really test your  communicative ability.  There will also be plenty of time to visit Changsha’s many tourist attractions.
